AAAH OKAY I couldn’t reblog this last night because my internet went tsun over tumblr and I was on DRUGS but guess what I CAN DO IT NOW. I already told you but I think you really, really nailed Miguel. I think his loyalty to Spain is very fitting in him as is his loyalty towards his siblings and the bits about Julita illustrate how naïve Miguel was. Because of his position, he couldn’t really perceive the struggles of the underdogs but you can see he’s beginning to see it and so, he tries to justify Spain because, in the end, he still loves him. Also, STUPIDLY SEXY NARRATIVE.
